Ranked by authority. A lower-ranked source never silently overwrites a higher-ranked one, and a news report never stands in for a filing once the filing is available.
What a machine can and cannot watch
19 of these sources are re-read automatically and compared against the last copy. The other 13 refuse automated requests — the Missouri courts site, Justia, AP and Reuters all answer a program with a block page — so they are checked by a person. Each one below says which it is. That distinction is stated rather than hidden, because it is the difference between “nothing has changed” and “nobody has looked”.
